Terms & Conditions for NESOL Junior App

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NESOL Junior App ("App") operated by NESOL Junior ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please refrain from using the App.

Use License

Permission is granted to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial, and temporary viewing purposes only. This is a license grant — not a transfer of ownership — and under this license, you may not:

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.
